Baking a whole salmon

Baked salmon

5-15
Cook Time: 
5-7 minutes per cm of thickness
Cooking Temperature: 
450 F
Ingredients: 

Whole salmon
Tin foil
Salt
Lime and/or lemon juice
Dry white wine
Butter

Directions: 

Measure salmon at the thickest part. Place on a large piece of greased aluminum foil. Season cavity with salkt, pepper, and lemon juice or dry white wine. Dot with butter.
Wrap tightly, using double foil. Place package on a cookie sheet.
