Stinging Nettle Smoothie

When stinging nettle is blended the sting is no longer there...so no worries. Stinging nettles contains: Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K.
Servings:
1-2 Ingredients:
A small bunch of fresh stinging nettles
1 cup of chopped fruit/berries
1 cup of water (add a bit more if needed)
Directions:
1.Briefly cut stinging nettles into pieces (Wear gloves if handling!)
2.Blend all the ingredients in the blender.
3.Serve and enjoy.
